When using our dating and interactive features, you agree to interact respectfully with other members and performers. Harassment, spamming, the distribution of non-consensual media, or illicit solicitations will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellations

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis as outlined during the checkout process. By providing your payment information, you authorize our billing partners (e.g., Probiller, Vendo) to charge your card. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our billing support. Cancellations prevent future charges, but previous charges are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The site and its contents are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. The dating platform facilitates connections, but we are not responsible for the real-world conduct of our users.

6. Record Keeping (18 U.S.C. 2257)

All models, performers, and members appearing on the platform are verified to be 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Required records are maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257.
